Returns

We offer 100% 30 day Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee on our products- however,

Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of notification and a 20% restocking toss away fee will be subtracted form the refund check. When you place your order- you will have to check a box and agree to this term or we can not ship any order to you.

All refunds and exchanges require the buyer to cover all shipping cost. Refunds will be mailed in a check to the buyer - to the buyers shipped address. If we however ship a product with a fault- we will indeed cover all shipping for a new product to be shipped!:-)

We do not refund opened DVD's- we will exchange for a new DVD of the same title only.

Kittens placed in homes as pets will receive their paperwork to register the kitten after the kitten has been spayed/neutered and proof has been furnished. We suggest you spay/neuter between 9 months and 1 year depending on the season, health, and growth/maturity of your new kitten. Please consult your vet.

We accept checks, wire transfers, money orders, credit cards and PayPal.

We require a nonrefundable deposit to hold any kitten with the balance due on delivery, pickup or shipment. We ship when the kitten reaches its last shot- normally right at 12 weeks of age- no sooner. If you can pick up your kitten- even sweeter!

The blue CFA slip will be provided for breeding/show cats and kittens after the 72 hour vet check has been completed and proof has been furnished.

All shots up to date-
to exclude the rabies unless the kitten is of 4 months of age. Buyer is responsible for the rabies shot at the time of shipping, delivery or pick up, Purrinlot's vet will administer this shot.

Purrinlot does not guarantee any cat will win or Grand.
